Who can participate: everyone!

Prize: £20 prize and 20 points to the first participant, and £10 prize and 10 points to all following participants.

All students are encouraged to go above and beyond with their recycling skills!!!

Collect and submit 500g of soft plastic to #beasolution campaign team to get your prize. To give you a visual equivalent, a full Tesco plastic carrier bag is approximately 500 g of soft plastic (if you squash it really well).

You can also have your soft plastic weighed for you at Home Ec Classrooms during breaks, subject to the teachers’ availability.

We congratulate Lana Morley, student of 1S5, who was first to complete the Soft Plastic Challenge!

She won the grand prize of £20 and 20 points to her personal score and her House Pentland is awarded 20 points for her achievement.

The challenge is still active! Every subsequent winner will receive a prize of £10 and 10 points to her personal score and score of their school house.
