We’ll be joined by instructor Cathy Smith to give a taster on what the martial art of Kuk Sool entails.

This event will be held on the old putting green at Olrig Street Gardens, it will be under a tent in case of rain. There will be the opportunity to take part so if you’d like to join in wear comfy clothes.
