We are organizing the final HCWP-led fashion swap, and we are sure you missed it!

Swap your unwanted clothes for something new and exciting!

It is a great time to fulfill New Year Resolutions and declutter, do a spring clean and rethink your new image. Swap is a fantastic non-wasteful and planet-friendly way of refreshing your wardrobe and rehome things that are in great condition but either don’t fit, or just don’t bring you joy anymore - and it’s time to give them away to a new home where they will be loved!

Our format of the swap is extremely easy - you donate what you have in surplus and you adopt what you need - or love! It is OK to only donate, and it is OK to only take items, no payments, no tokens - easy peasy!

We will be receiving donations at Thurso Community Development Trust:

Saturday, the 25th of January 14:30 - 16:00

Wednesday, the 29th of January 17:00 - 19:00.

It will be possible to bring your donations straight to the swap on the 1st of February to the British Legion, too. However, we would encourage you to donate in advance so that we can process and sort the items.

Sustainability Fair

This fair is our networking event to celebrate inspiring and fruitful collaborations with all our partners, community and climate action organizations that we worked with, the talented facilitators and instructors that shared their knowledge and expertise with us in multiple workshops and training courses that we held.

Thurso CDT will also demonstrate all the work that we have done around saving sheep wool from waste and all the events of the Cycle of Wool.

British Legion bar will be open for drinks and snacks throughout the whole time!!!
